The sixth Nordic Biogas Conference (NBC) will be held 7.-9th of September 2016 on Viking Grace cruise ship. The conference is organized by biogas representatives from all five Nordic countries and has already attracted attendees internationally. This time, 300 delegates are expected to participate.
The conference includes plenary presentations, parallel sessions, a poster session and an exhibition.
This year’s conference program emphasizes the possibilities of biogas in the forest industry, applications in transportation and the significant role of the biogas industry in nutrient recycling.
Opening for us this year is MEP Sirpa Pietikäinen who will be speaking about Europe’s shift towards circular economy, and especially the role of biogas therein.
