The Baltic Sea, our common Interest – Solutions and practices for better future

Baltic FlowsSeminar will be held 8 June at 9.00-15.45 in Auditorium of Virastotalo, Itsenäisyydenaukio 2, Turku.
The event is aimed to bring together representatives of research, business and public sector to discuss topics, such as prevention of the urban flooding, quality of water flowing to the Baltic Sea and cluster initiatives.

A get-together will take place the same day at 19.00-22.00 in Aula Café, Aboa Vetus & Ars Nova Museum, Itäinen Rantakatu 4-6. Both events are free of charge, but pre-registration is required.

During the seminar day, an exhibition area next to the seminar hall is reserved for a free exhibition for companies, projects and research groups during the day programme. If you want to bring your roll-up or brochures, please contact merja.tieaho@turkusciencepark.com for further details.

This event is organised by EU funded project BalticFlows, which focuses on stormwater management, diffuse load monitoring and citizen participation. Project partners come from Hamburg, Riga, Tallinn, Uppsala and Turku.
