Smart Sustainable Cities event in Skanssi on Friday November 6th was a success. About 150 people from different backgrounds arrived to the event – students, experts and company representatives from Finland and abroad. In the morning the public heard inspiring speeches about smart and sustainable cities as well as about the plans for the new Skanssi area.
The afternoon was dedicated to group work when the participants could give their ideas for developing the Skanssi area into a smart and sustainable place. The final ideas of the workshop were sent to the people who are planning the Skanssi area further.
